The rumor is Redguard is the next DLC for the daedra ridden world of Skyrim. The game had me from the opening sequence. To explore Hammerfell.....priceless. This story driven mythological blood fest is almost everything an RPG open world player could want. Build your guy or gal and play out the story however you like. The diversity of the Elder Scrolls did what two of my other favorite games didn't (Red Dead Redemption, Halo Reach). Everybody has a place and a roll to play in Tamriel. You can be Dragonborn. Star Wars didn't do this either, all hail Skyrim.

When I first saw this illustration I knew immediately that it involved the story of Saadia, from the "in my time of need quest". Saadia is on the run from Alik'r mercenary for supposedly betraying a royal house of Hammerfell.

 This picture as well as a lot of other Internet stuff says this particular side quest should have been a bigger deal in the game; Saadia should have been abducted and become a rescue mission, a follower, information broker and finally a marriage option. That's if you didn't decide to turn her over to Kematu or kill her. Hopefully the unanswered questions and loose ends will be tightened up if the Redguard dlc comes out.

 Another mission could be to travel to the void, confront Sithis and kill the Night Mother in Oblivion.

The Night Mother speaks thru a corpse on the physical plane of Tamriel. Her daedra minions are giant half spider half naked humans. When I found this out I understood why it was a giant frostbite spider at the Brotherhood hideout.

As the Listener, I got caught up in the Dark Brotherhood of assassins. I fit in perfectly. I admit that I'm one of the truest and most skilled killers of this sect, prone to violence but not to evil. The Night Mother must die.  The Brotherhood is ingrained into the fabric of Skyrim and fit my purpose and  plan to become Restless League; and an extension of the rebirth of the RaGaga.

I present this to the most trusted of my men Nazir, one of the only ones that doesn't have to die with the matron of this sanctuary of evil. I wait to hear what he feels about this proposal.

Nazir: "Alamarr, I will follow you till I'm dust in the breeze. You do realize that."

 Now I know the Night Mother is finished.

The mysteries of the Deep Elves has every Skyrimer on pins and needles as well as the appearance of sand worms, Nafaalilargus the dragon, air ships and the sword of Prince A'tor.

Whatever the dlc is called; Stros M'kai, Dragonstar or Redguard, us Alik'r are so ready to attack it, innocent reeklings might get trampled.

It is some things I want fixed too

Display cases should hold items that fit

Make being a Thane or team leader mean something

Your follower should be able to ride a horse

and Fix the Lydia glitch!

I'm tired of wearing the amulet of Mara every damn day.

Swirling crackling surges of power flow thru me as I step thru Dooms doorway this time. Again I find myself trapped in another world, another dimension behind deaths doorway. Nubia? By now Nubia must know that me learning to traverse these passageways has gone kinda wrong. My disappointed smile is greeted  by ///

( Whiterun guard ) Dragonborn! You must be, is it true...could you be the one to save Tamriel?

I've been here for years now. Benjamin Turner the Bronze Tiger now Alamarr Mairu, Alik'r Tiger Dragon; Dragonborn from Hammerfell. What is this Dragonborn? The prophesied hero of Skyrim. The master of the voice, the slayer of the world eater Alduin. But who am I really, and why? Why am I not with Nubia swimming the waters of the Styx, basking in the sun and hunting thru the lush of the Island Slaughter.  There is a paradise that most men have never seen there. Fatal danger is always lurking, but isn't it lurking everywhere? Skyrim is my reality now and right now the Aldmeri Dominion has to be put to an end.  Hammerfell and Skyrim must unite or witness another great war. I've stopped the blight from Sovngarde.

The messenger sang of the Blighted Host...of slaughter and carrion...
of filth and vermin...Deceit and insanity, of torture and seduction and of Rage.

the Fearless Defenders has jumped off to a good start. It's plot, theme and feel is really strong and has laid down a good foundation for the characters. The art work is nice; right in the middle of animated and highly detailed. It's full of action with the right amount of light hearted sarcasm without being corny (so far). The three lead characters Valkyrie, Misty Knight and Moonstar are perfect. If they add in a guy to this group (Gunhawk, Reno Jones)  it should add to the awesomeness of what's a must read for you action adventure types. I say grab you a flying horse a bionic arm and a bow and arrow and get to it.

Draugr are undead Nordic warriors of Skyrim. Draugr once served Dragons; some even know several words of power. they await you in the deepest tombs and darkest shadows of  Tamriel. You Skyrim players know what I'm talking about.

Red Dead Redemption: the Regulators

"Try to keep an eyeball on my blade"

This is not a review; a recap of sorts, a definite celebration of the video game and a fan request for a red dead 2 with upgrades. The game opens up with John Marston in the clutches of corrupt govt. agents that he never escapes. How cool would it have been if you could have been able to go into character creation mode and build your own Outlaw, or choose one of the characters from the outfitter that can only be played in multiplayer.



What if you could choose Dr.Lane Davies and start the mission from Tumbleweed or Fernando Naranjo from Chuparosa? You know what it would be.....FIRE! One of the unplayable characters that could have easily been a main character choice is Americus Roe.

Imagine starting in Armadillo as bounty hunter running with a group of Cowboys for your game training. Marston had MacFarlanes Ranch, Roe could have the Regulators.

These guys could become playable after Roe's training. The Regulators were my idea after looking at the other groups of characters in the outfitter. They were modeled after a Black cowboy outfit from Texas, my favorite cowboy movies and Skyrim. Skyrim is another video game that allows you the option to choose how you start the game. Ultimately you would go down the same path to redemption, just from a different point of view.
