After the tragedy of BVS Patty Jenkins gives us Wonder Woman,

Champion of the Themyscira

and protector of the free world. By now we've all seen the movie that was the hope to save the DCEU and we all bowed to our Amazon Princess.

Her movie was good, Pine was good, the story was good, cast was good,

visually stunning and Gal was great.

Yes...she is now my Wonder Woman too.

I'll always love you Ms Carter that's on everything but Gal has stepped into the roll and is representing Marvel-ously.

I know I know you might be saying " Hey OA1 you were the #1 opponent against casting a skinny Amazon an---" And then I saw the movie. Amazons came in all colors, shapes and sizes, skill sets you name it.

Am I still the strongest advocate of the thick and sexy? Yes I am, however in this case Gal like in her movie won the day.

I had to go thru all that to admit that even OA1 can be wrong.

(Not often but it happens)

Guys I wanted to talk about the Justice League movie.

But since I been gone for so long and locked out of my own blog spot I had to address how wonderful Gal worked out as Wonder Woman, how strong the movie was and how I now want Patty Jenkins to do all the DCUE movies or at least my revered Suicide Squad.

The superhero movie has already peaked in popularity and in the pockets of the movie going public. Avengers has shown that it's still Hella money to be made though, and DC is scrambling to get a Justice League movie in theaters before the novelty money goes dry. Well dry or not, I would still like to see a live action Wonder Woman movie hit the big screen. It seems like this would be the easiest of all the DC movies to do.

Since Wonder Woman's story is mythological and being an Amazon grounds Diana into something realistic ( South American Warrior Women ). The movie should start with Paradise Island and her origins, the contest of champions that set up her rival with the Cheetah and at the end of the movie leave the island with Steve Trevor to join the Justice League as the emissary ambassador of the Themyscira.

But first comes first

who could be wonder Woman?

Don't really know her but when I saw her picture, I was like maybe. She looks just like a young Diana. She was an actress on daytime soap opera's and one of those kid shows before that. Somebody out there in the blogoshere will have to tell me if she can act.

Ms Everything! 

This woman holds all the cards as far as I'm concerned. Don't know if she's Wonder Woman, but she could play any super heroine in my movie; for real though, she would be a perfect Ariel for a Thundarr the Barbarian movie.

well umm Kate has a super beautiful face and we know she can act but this body doesn't equal Amazon Warrior. When and if they do the movie, I hope DC remembers Diana is an Amazon. The real deal 6 foot 7 foot Brazilian Amazon. Pretty should only take you so far.

I read the Villains for Hire mini series after Heroes for Hire because it sort of mirrored the one and only Suicide Squad and discovered Misty Knight. I knew her from Power Man and Iron Fist, Shadowland and so on, but I got to see a Misty Knight that can hold her own with out Collin Wing, Danny Rand and Luke Cage. Hope Marvel doesn't give up on her, she's the real deal.

It's a damn shame Nubia is missing from this picture and missing from the DCU all together. Wonder Woman's twin sister is amazing and would add something that has never existed before to the new DCU.
