Glad you're back man. Missed the hell out of you! Saw this over @ Dave's site. Deathstroke as a member of the Squad/Task Force X would be cool as hell, but very short-lived. I don't see Slade sticking around any longer then he needs to. But cool idea nonetheless. And CCH Pounder back as waller. Doesn't get any better than that unless the real DCU came back as well.

Happy Holidays to you and yours as well. It's a good idea to make Deathstroke a member of the Squad. It should put us on the mainstream radar. I was over at Dave's and decided to plug in a longer video.

A good woman and a much better year next year actually. I've pretty much taken care of the action figure thing, as I just bought Elasti-Girl, The Elongated Man, and the NU52 Superman. So I'm all set there. Let me know how that Jet-pack thing works out, so I can put in an order for next year;)

Deleteoh i see what you mean by longer video good find. in regards to the video game it's self i'm so out of my element but suffice it to say any more video clip scenes of the Suicide Squad turning up on Youtube as seen here would make my day. as for any Squad line up i'm done with Harley. i like the character but at this point it's been Harley over kill like a song you used to like until the fucken radio decided to play it every goddamn 5 fucken minutes for the last 3 months!

DeleteThe beautiful thing about the Squad being in a video game and connected to Deathstroke is everybody knows Batman and Slade gives it hardcore credibility. Arrow gives us exposure as well as the Green Lantern cameo. So if the smart guys in the office does this thing right (cough) we'll be in business.
A good, if not better question, is would BT and Slade be able to work together w/o wanting to kill each other? I give two missions before they throwdown, if not sooner. It'll be up to Waller to keep the leash tight on both of her attack dogs.

-Harley Quinn(it seems like the Deadshot/Harley romance infects even this game;)
-Captain Boomerang
-Killer Frost
-Killer Croc for muscle.

ReplyDeleteNice line up - the other I would add is Poison Ivy. How she was portrayed in the first Arkham vid game for me is her best and wickedest performance yet. track some down and check em out if youre not afraid of the dark ;-)
ReplyDeleteFor Ivy? Yes sir I will. And Dan sorry it almost took the next year before a reply, I've been somewhat of an absentee landlord lately. And Ivy should be a member, the new outfit alone beckons for us to pay attention.
