Well, here it is Marvel vs DC
in a showdown of the best Mercenary in the business.

Who do you think is the best?
Or do you think the Punisher could beat em both?

  1. Cool-ass custom Paladin figure there. I recognize some ML Punisher parts, but not the rest. Did you do that?

Deadshot all the way. He's just a much better shot and all-around bad-ass.

    1. Nope, this is not my guy but he is cool as hell and well done. I don't want to be biased but....Deadshot will leave Paladin somewhere in the back of a trunk.

I heard about Floyd having some sort of appearance in the new Arrow series. I hope it's done up right.

  2. Ever since I was introduced to him through the Marvel Universe Handbook, I've wanted to like Paladin more than ever I possibly could based on his actual comic book appearances. Floyd kills the hell out of him.

    1. Yes sir, I think Paladin was out classed from the start. I set the poor bastard up for failure (my bad).

  3. thanks to the Abnett & Lanning Hero for Hire series i'm pretty familiar with the Paladin character now. he's a pretty tough guy and skilled with both weapons (edged and fire arms) as well as unarmed combat. but i think in the end it will be Deadshot's killer instinct that will make the difference. by the way is that Paladin a custom figure?

  4. Yep. And a damn cool one too! At least he looks the bad-ass part right?:)

And yeah, Arrow starts tonight @ 8pm for me. I hope it's really good, because the trailers have been so far. And I hope they do Deadshot justice in this show as well. Maybe it'll be the incentive DC needs to restore Mr.Lawton back to his normal bad-ass self.

  5. Forgot all about Arrow tonignt, good looking out. This Paladin figure is a damn good custom job for sure. Looking at the really good customs it makes me get some practice in. I would like to be apart of one of those sessions at mattel or hasbro to see how they actually come up with who's hitting the shelves, becuse i've seen custimizers that have some better line ups or waves.

  6. Yeah, I heard that! They do, and that's what sad. I'm with you on that one, how they hell do they decide which figures to make and all. They have no problem making about 50 Iron Man, Wolverine, or Spider-Man figures because they sell obviously, but still can't make figures for characters they haven't even touched yet like Jack of Hearts, Dazzler, Quasar, the Scott Lang Ant-Man, or Darkhawk. What gives? Especially since a few of those mentioned, like Darkhawk, have new comic series coming out.

I'm pretty sure though that there will probably be ML Guardians of the Galaxy figures coming out for the upcoming movie, so at least there's that I suppose.

So, did you watch Arrow, and if so, what'd you think?

    1. See what I'm saying, you just had an excellent line up. But they'll put out about two lines full of Hal Jordan in every damn lantern color. Fucking shameful. I'm coming over to your spot to talk about Arrow.
